JUBILEE 2025
Pope Francis has announced that 2025 will be a Jubilee Year. This happens every 25 years. The theme for Jubilee 2025 is “Pilgrims of Hope”. The 2025 Jubilee officially opened on December 24, 2024 at 7:00pm, with the rite of Opening of the Holy Door of the Papal Basilica of St. Peter by the Holy Father, who presided over the celebration of the Night Mass of the Lord's Birth inside the Basilica. https://aoaj.org/jubilee-2025-information
The Bishop's Attic is a non-profit thrift store that raises funds for the Archdiocese of Anchorage, Alaska while providing low-cost wares for the community. The funds generated have enabled the Archdiocese of Anchorage to foster social service programs for the Anchorage community and provide spiritual programs throughout the Archdiocese of Anchorage. click the flyer to be directed to the website.
All are invited to bring your rosary to the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe by 8:30 AM on Friday, June 27 and pray for our priests in this annual global cause. If you can’t be at the Cathedral on the 27 th of June, you are invited to pray the rosary for this cause anytime that day.
